Tom Phelps and his wife Brandy started New Face Kitchen Systems, Inc. 15 years ago, and their son Perry and daughter Brook are both an integral part of the business. After more than 40 years in the construction business, Tom decided to specialize in the kitchen and bath industry in order to provide more personalized service to his customers. Tom's dad, who has had a long and successful career in the construction industry, still advises the company regularly. In 1992 Tom started New Face Kitchen Systems, Inc.
